Video here: ▶ this video Drill at 9:15 Before watching the video, I would try moving your hips/pelvis independent of your feet and then using your feet to move them. It is a completely different feel and has helped me immensely in my game. Adding Dr Kwon shift turn video: ▶ this video

AMG guys, loading the backswing ▶ this video Dr Kwon doesn't have videos quite as slick, but he's definitely worth the time ▶ this video Keep it simple, make it athletic. 👌

I don't think you're so much "getting stuck" as much as you're just out sync. Your hips are firing incredibly fast without ever syncing. 2 things I would do to change as little as possible: 1) Dr. Kwon "shurn" swings ▶ this video Doing them with a kettlebell is best in my experience as you have to be really patient, especially if you do it while taking some steps. You can then transfer this to the range or even the …

This is the best drill you can do. With your physique if you can use your lower body instead of your arms to swing you should hit driver over 300 yards. ▶ this video

Along with the wide open face everybody is calling out, it's kinda hard to tell, but it looks like the ball is super far up in your stance. That's basically where I'd hit a driver from. Bring it back to within a ball's width of your centerline. Club head is almost certainly your problem. Once you've got that sorted out, start to look into lower body (DrKwon's ▶ this video is a great primer the underlying …

Here ya go: ▶ this video Do that drill and learn about recentering in the swing. It should start when the club is only parallel going back in the backswing. That early.

u/bleepbloop_ 2022 · r/GolfSwing · in “How to get rid of stiffness, and gain more mobility in swing? (also any improvements would be great :) )”
I doubt the stiffness in your swing is literally lack of mobility/flexibility. I don’t think you want to turn your upper body more (or whatever is limited by your delt). It has to do with how you’re trying to swing the club, you need to use your body (legs) a lot more to turn. Like you mentioned using your arms to drive, that is the problem, you need to drive the swing with your legs (stronger muscles) ▶ this video

Don't slow down. Just get some tempo and proper weight/pressure shift. Try this drill ▶ this video

I think generally it looks the same, maybe slightly better lower body rotation. But the downswing is still over the top. I think getting the right feels for the lower body in concert with what you do with the arms is one of the hardest feels to get. I would look research clearing the hips and proper rotation on YouTube and seeing what feels/thoughts resonate for you. Additionally, you may find pump drills (▶ this …
