I struggle with this and always do the Step drill. Allows your body to move first, then arms. ▶ this video

This, simple and very effective. As he says in the video the key part is that you begin taking the step forward with your left leg before your upper body has completed the backswing. Getting a feel for the timing with this drill is the start, bringing those same feels into your on course setup and swing is the goal. ▶ this video

I don't think you're so much "getting stuck" as much as you're just out sync. Your hips are firing incredibly fast without ever syncing. 2 things I would do to change as little as possible: 1) Dr. Kwon "shurn" swings ▶ this video Doing them with a kettlebell is best in my experience as you have to be really patient, especially if you do it while taking some steps. You can then transfer this to the range or even the …

▶ this video It helps teach you natural weight distribution and how to get your swing synced up. I've found that most of the time if my low point control is messed up, it's typically because I'm shifting my weight improperly and ending up either too behind the ball, or too in front.

Ok... I am going to make some assumptions because I dont have a face on vid. The swing looks fundamentally ok but it is missing a core principle... extension. You rotate great but dont extend at impact and past. This is a great drill to get the feel of extension through impact. ▶ this video

The step drill works well for forward weight transfer and extension, start with your feet together behind the ball and the take your back swing pause at the top and simultaneously start your swing and step into proper alignment. You can YouTube it. tons of pros even use it▶ this video

Ive never met a golfer that didn’t respect someone with the self-awareness to play the whites and hit long iron off the tee, especially in a scenario where remaining confident and comfortable is valuable. Keep the ball in play, don’t drink too much, have good golf etiquette and keep the conversation flowing. As for the golf swing, you are forcing a lot of movements. The arms are very tense at address which causes an …

I find sequencing to be an odd thing. If you take the club out of your hand, get into a golf position and just let your arms swing gently, you’ll probably just naturally have good rhythm. As soon as you put a golf club in your hands though, it gets screwed up. There’s a couple of good drills, I’ll add some links. But mostly, when doing rhythm drills, start really gentle. Very slowly add more power, but only if you …

Hey, definitely have some good pieces here. First, ▶ this video on how to film your swing, the camera angle here makes it a little tough to judge. Your setup looks pretty good, and I can't see your grip from this angle. But it's probably worth buying a 10$ grip trainer like the lampkin just to have a reference. For you, the first place I'd start is to work on your weight transfer. You get hung up on your back foot …
