Athletic Motion Golf is the YouTube channel to answer your questions. So many channels look at pro swings from a fixed point of view, AMG uses 3d motion tracked GEARS data to tell you exactly what they do at every point of the swing. If I am not mistaken, with iron swings the hips rotate and move notably forward of impact and there is some side bent and spine tilt so the chest and head are basically centered over …

I had a similar situation once, i tried to fix my slice by rotating my pelvis a lot like you. Yes there should be rotation, but it is the result of proper weight transfer. From this angle it is hard to see but I would guess you dont have much weight transfer, you are just spinning your hips which takes the club outside in. Here is a good video: ▶ this video

So first off, your swing looks solid. Great takeaway and top position. Your trail hand is a little weak but if you like your ball flight don’t change it. The biggest issue is your lower body + you have no transition. Your swing is just 2 parts: back and go. The golf swing is 3 parts: the backswing, transition, then downswing. During the transition, you shift your weight from back foot to front while maintaining a …

Good players shift their weight and body mass during the swing quite a bit. ▶ this video

Great looking swing for a guy who just started. Still pretty wooden but that will come with time. The biggest issue I see is your weight transfer is all over the place. Stuck on your back foot in one swing, moving forward then back in the next. That’ll cause any number of inconsistencies including lack of power. Check this out. ▶ this video

You have to stand up/early extend at impact bc of how low you're getting. If you take a look at the pic above, it looks like you're dropping somewhere between 4-6 inches. Additionally, it looks like you're out of balance based on your finish position. I think both these things are a result of your transition and your method for rotating in the downswing. Your weight looks like it's starts and stays on your right …

You need to learn how to turn and transfer weight properly. Looks like a reverse pivot and absolutely no opening of or transfer to trail side. ▶ this video

Yeah super flawed swing, going to be a process to fix. Id start with no club - figure out how to shift your weight: ▶ this video Then fix your outside takeaway and double check your grip. Then focus on trying to drop your arms before turning. You initiate with your shoulders which causes you to chop across the ball and slice: ▶ this video

Yeah, it looks like to me you are coming down together, with your hand and body, which might be leading to a little OTT? I'm no expert, but something to look at or think about. AMG has a lot of videos about it ▶ this video
