I deal with chronic pain in my neck, mid-back, and lower back. At one point, I was receiving epidural steroid shots in between my vertebrae. The better I learned how to use my body efficiently and to use the club correctly, and to stop fighting against physics, the easier it got to swing a golf club over the entire round. My main goal has been to learn how to swing pain-free. I'll drop videos the videos from YouTube …

what I did to fix this issue is I looked into weight shift. Your feet are extending at impact when they shouldn’t, not until you can hit it 270+ before. You need to loosen up a bit and transfer some weight to your backfoot, at the moment every starts, stays, and ends on your left foot. It will give you more power, make it much harder to tippie toe, and give you less desire to hammer it the way you are now. I’d watch …

There are some serious concept issues here, and there is a good chance you hurt your lead ankle. You shouldn’t be getting your foot turned sideways like that. The pressure shift is mainly about doing it early enough, not about doing it harder. As the club reaches the top, you just sort of float/“fall” onto your lead foot while your body is still closed. That’s it. AMG has a good video you should watch. ▶ this video

The first thing I'd address is your spine at address. 'Arching' your lower back is surely to lead to all kinds of issues by 'locking-up' your hips. Remember when they say to take your address position by bending over from the hips and dangling your arms naturally. So, bend knees slightly, bend from the hips but don't arch your back. Second, you are correct, you do NOT want to push-off with right foot. That leads to …

Got a lot of shoulder tilt on setup, put lead hand on lead knee to feel like shoulders are a bit more flat (15 degrees has been identified as ideal) , hands come inside + a closed stance, very in to out divot can be seen. I think early extension/ sway are demonized far more than they should be, both are actually necessary, I certainly don’t see anything problematic in that regard with this video. AMG golf puts out …

You're trying to hold off any lateral movement. What this results in is late lateral movement that you really can't recover from. Lateral movement in the golf swing works like this: move away from the target 1-1.5" immediately starting the downswing Re-center before you get to the top move 3-4 inches from starting point toward the target. This happens very early in the downswing, might even start before the …

I had Gemini put this together from my YT saves. If there’s an issue you have, it’s highly likely that AMG has a data driven video on it. 1. First part of this AMG video describes some of the dynamics: ▶ this video “The best players in the world move an inch to an inch and a half off the ball” this isn’t “sway” as described by them. Lots of players use a shift forward as a trigger to move pressure to the trail foot like Shaun explains in the video. You can’t see it with tour pros because their balance is amazing and they have tremendous body control. …

▶ this video This is the move that’s you’re missing to make you more dynamic and powerful. My one big tip on this is you want to keep your weight/pressure on the inside of your feet, if you get to the outside it most likely means you’ve moved off the ball too much and will have to compensate with by sliding.

No sir. I’m just saying that as you reach the top of your backswing, your weight should be shifted back onto your lead leg. ▶ this video gives a good explanation of what I’m saying. HTH

Sick fit. Gonna be weight shift. Feel like you're falling down into your lead side while your back is still to the target. Other beginner advice I like - you swing the club behind you, not at the ball. Should be dropping the club, then adding rotation, don't try to slap at the ball. Here's a video for weight shift, athletic motion is great for self teaching imo. â–¶ this video
