Like another said, hard to tell from this angle, but the leg extension is a symptom not the disease. 99% sure the main issue throwing off your sequence is a reverse pivot. Here’s a great video for fixing ▶ this video

It is likely due to you losing your tilts in your swing. You don’t have a consistent low point and/or distance from the ball in the hitting area. In the backswing you collapse on your lead side and in transition you start losing your spin tilt, when your hips get forward and under you it makes your spine stand up more and move you away from the ball and target. Golf is All about cause and effect, On the backswing You straighten your right leg while collapsing your left leg, this causes you to tilt or hang on your left side, when you get to the top , your first move is throwing the hands and arms out, away from your body so now the club head is out in front ( Over The Top ) and you swing the club out to in. At address, your weight should be evenly balanced over your feet, …

Oh lmao without the sound I didn't even notice the shank. Main thing I see here is you look like you're reverse pivoting pretty hard. That can wreak all kinds of havoc. It's a little hard to tell from down the line, but the left knee pulling in super hard makes me think that it's happening. Check out this vid: ▶ this video
