I deal with chronic pain in my neck, mid-back, and lower back. At one point, I was receiving epidural steroid shots in between my vertebrae. The better I learned how to use my body efficiently and to use the club correctly, and to stop fighting against physics, the easier it got to swing a golf club over the entire round. My main goal has been to learn how to swing pain-free. I'll drop videos the videos from YouTube …

Here is a great breakdown by athletic motion golf. And if you haven’t injured yourself playing yet, then I don’t think this will do it. I am sure you’re making all these moves already. It mostly comes down to the order in which you do them. ▶ this video Then they have a separate video for re-centering. ▶ this video

First, you need to get your weight in the right place. This video explains recentering. By, the time you are striking the ball you should have most of your weight forward. ▶ this video If your weight is forward you can straighten your lead leg, but you pus not straight up. You have to push back some, not away from the target, but backfrom the ball. This is what causes your hips to open. Athletic motion golf has some …

Agreed. u/lodestars You've moved so far off the ball to the right you don't have enough time to get left properly. Notice how much Justin Rose's lead thigh gets forward through transition. I'm not sure but you may have some arm overrun, your arms keep carrying up after your shoulder turn stops, this might at least partially explain why you're having a hard time getting your arms down before your hips spin out. …

At this point in your backswing, you should already be putting pressure into your front side. You're very late getting to the front, which in a weird way you get away with it with driver since you want to kind of hang back on. However the "awkward" look is coming from your body trying to finish properly but instead it's catching up. I'm assuming you too and chunk a lot of iron shots? [preview.redd.it] This video …

Swing is mostly all arms, you are not moving your shoulders to start, and proper weight shift is not there, should be loading on back foot. Hip should move forward into the down swing. You can't create and shaft lean that way and will not consistently bottom out after the ball. ▶ this video

▶ this video Just make sure you're recentering and getting forward early enough and you're fine. ▶ this video Just monitor it and don't let it get too far of a movement

Overall swing is decent. It looks like your pelvis moves laterally a lot, but isn't rotating much in the backswing. I think you also need to shift back to the left a little earlier. Check out ▶ this video

I would work on the followthrough a bit more, yes you have more side bend but making it happen artificially by staring at the ball that aggressively can cause some issues. Let your head and chest turn naturally with your hips once the club is released. Your hip turn is decent(better than last post) but should see your belt buckle/pelvis pointing more upward towards the target at impact. Not seeing any sort of weight …

Looks like your trail hand grip is somewhat too strong and underneath the grip, try to neutralize that some. Otherwise it looks like your sequencing is off. You don’t have any forward movement until after your club comes to a stop at the top. Ideally you have a slight recentering motion as the club is still finishing the backswing and your body is still closed to the target. Step drills might be a good idea to help …
