This is what helped me. ▶ this video my body stalled so my hands could catch up. Bryson, Justin Rose and a few others will talk about dropping the hands before turning as well.

yep, this is it. do the opposite the "passive arms" nonsense and start your downswing by driving your arms down in front of your trail hip, your body will follow. another good video for this: ▶ this video

You got a lot of good things going on. Nice hands in, club head out takeaway. Even though I think the club is a little hooded. Wouldn’t say you’re stuck. But you could probably do with speeding up the hands a little to get them back in front. Porzak explains it well….. ▶ this video

Your arms are too far behind to turn through the ball. You would miss the ball if you didn't flip. In the photo below you should have the right elbow back to the trail hip already. [preview.redd.it] ▶ this video

I’m not a pro but I can tell you what worked for me. One thing that helps me is to try to keep my trail heel down as long as I can. If you watch pros there trail foot usually doesn’t come off the ground until after contact. My other thought to avoid slices is hold your back to the target and swing your hands first. Let your hands pull your shoulders through. Do both of those and focus on swinging in to out. Try to …

Dipping on the downswing - arms should drop before the body moves: ▶ this video Flipping at the ball - you want to “snap” your wrists later, like skipping a rock or throwing sidearm ▶ this video

She gets disconnected at the top with a slight arm lift. This gets the club behind the turn (I’m currently working on this). Only chance she has to get the club back in sequence is to fire the hands faster (getting the elbow back in front) ▶ this video - and she is firing the hips so quick this looks almost impossible. These are the two things I would Work on. - Get the club more on plane in the backswing. Takeaway …

u/USN303 2025 · r/GolfSwing · in “Slightly low club speed(82MPH 7i) work on the swing or just speed training?”

That looked MUCH slower than 82 mph. There are a couple drills I work on for faster hands, which will translate to faster swing speeds. Especially when adding in a good release. Start here: ▶ this video

Remember this is just all my opinion lol. Never worry about getting too quick at the top. It’s WHAT gets quick or not that’s the problem. ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ this video
