Tiger talks about this in an old video how it's a tendency of a lot of junior and amateur golfers to do the hip "ole!" because it really whips the club through impact to get distance. But it's really inconsistent. ▶ this video

First issue I see is setup posture as someone else commented. Your back is too straight, ass too far behind your heels and arms reaching a bit towards the ball. Arms not the worst thing but the weight to far back may be causing problems. The main issue though is your hips are just too damn fast! You're blasting them through and lifting your trail heel too soon in the downswing when your arms are still lagging …

I work on keeping my trail foot heel down as well, and agree it’s causing an issue for you. Your hands are practically on your knee at impact! You have no space to swing. It may sound counterintuitive, but I work on trying to keep my right elbow thrusting/pushing into my chest, which forces me to keep my leg still longer. By doing this, my legs feels it needs to leave room for my right arm. I also try the thing that …

I had the same issue with hip sliding. In fact, I developed it in the mid-90s because I was watching Tiger play as an amateur. I thought I needed to slide the hips a bit for extra power. I read his "How I play Golf" book in 2001, and this helped me further refine changes to aid more consistent ball-striking. But before that, I watched Tiger & Butch on Golf Talk Live with Peter Kessler in April 2000 (the video …

Right elbow bends immediately in takeaway, pulling left arm across chest. Need to work on keeping it straight until hands are passing back thigh to force body to rotate. When you start your downswing your hands are behind your body already and it’s putting you in your own way. Club and arms are stuck way behind you in the downswing. I’ll bet you bomb the ball when your timing is on but can’t find a fairway for your life when it’s off? As you get older that swing will hurt your back likely. Watch this video… ▶ this video Notice what Tiger says about having his arms feel like they beat his hips down to the ball. You’re hitting positions that a lot of people would DREAM of hitting. I’ve never seen someone so open at impact. I’ve never seen someone exist left as well. You’re getting so shallow that it’s causing your clubhead to come out and up, thus causing your chili peppers. Your angle of attack is way too shallow. You’re losing control of your clubhead. You’re spinning your body so fast that your hands are getting left …

Your swing is alot like tempo wise I usually hit a draw though. Anyways, we both very quick in transition, which can lead to getting stuck. A drill Butch Harman had Tiger do early on when he went through the same thing was get to the top stop for a sec, then try to generate power from correct movements. ▶ this video
