▶ this video Completely changed the intent of an iron swing in my head, and after hitting into a net for 20 min with 9-3 motions, it just clicked. As a note - your timing/tempo/sequencing will be off at first, and it will feel foreign to you. Hope this helps - good luck!

This video has really helped me progress my swing. It looks like you have a little wrist action, which if removed can add some addition force by using the force of your right hand with shaft pressure. ▶ this video

The left arm/elbow is way too far away from your body at the top of the backswing. Your arms then have too much work to do to get into the right position at impact. This will cause inconsistency. This video changed my golf life and should help you. ▶ this video

That scooping action is exactly what I’m trying to fix. It’s been tough to fix because I trained the scooping into my muscle memory for a year. What’s really helping me is Pete Cowens teachings. His advice about spinning the right forearm down has helped me tremendously. Right now I’m doing 1/4 and 1/2 swings, focusing solely on the delivery position which naturally produces lag/compression. It’s such a different …

▶ this video and tossed my entire swing and started my foundation with it. I am loving it after about a week and a half. The way he teaches to keep your hands and hips moving is really a gamechanger. Give it a try. DM me or reply here if you find it works for you. I am surprised how well it works for me and someone else I showed it to.

My ROM issues are clearly worst at the top of the backswing and follow through. Constraining my swing a bit and focusing on good impact is where I think I’m going to go. It gives a lot less to focus on too. Someone suggested this video ▶ this video and it really rang for me and doesn’t require me to be a gymnast, twisting my body around a magic invisible pole while somehow keep my head frozen in frame.

▶ this video this has transformed my game recently. Basically the idea is if you get your right forearm in the right position in the back swing and downswing you have to move your lower body correctly to make space for it.

I just stumbled on this video that talks about what you’re describing and it has really helped with my swing. Not only squaring the face but staying more connected / keeping the club in front of me. I like the feel they prescribe for turning the face down. ▶ this video
