Like another poster mentioned you hit the positions from this DTL camera view but have you ever evaluated yourself from a face on camera view? Looks like a bit of chicken wing with you pulling backwards with your lead arm to generate speed and power on contact instead of swinging through the ball while keeping your arms pushed away from you and towards the ball. If your misses are commonly right/slices then I would …

Club head speed, compression, angle of attack, and a good release. I've added like 30 yards to my driver by working on my release. Like this: ▶ this video

Honestly not too terrible! You can cut that handicap in half in no time with that swing. Main issue that 100% affect your distance is your lack of release, which causes a chicken wing (a chicken wing is when that left arm comes off your body in the follow through and points out.) You have this becuase you hold the face and angles in your hands forevever, which will kill your speed and distance. It's easier to watch …

I think your trail arm grip is way too strong and it's causing problems with the release Try doing this drill and adopting a grip that allows you to release as they do in the video. Contrary to what they teach on YouTube a grip is also a physiological match with the player. ▶ this video

Everyone has already given you some good information already. I’ll add my two cents, At release it looks a little disconnected, but it’s hard to tell without a front view angle. ▶ this video This drill should help that release pattern! I have my students do this until it’s consistent, then adding two hands and gradually ramping it up. It’ll help you not get so laid off at the top of the swing and put you in some …

[i.redd.it] Swing Plane There is a good reason why the Swing Replay app you are using recommends setting up on your toe-line (so that this line appears vertical in your video) and with the camera lens mounted about hip high. This is easy to do as you can just lay the club you are going to use on your address toe line and then set the camera up so that this club’s shaft appears vertical in the image (when your camera …

▶ this video Do the little drill here holding the arm. It should feel way more like you need to let the club lower early and then you turn the body and swing up and around. Trying to go down at the ball is hurting you a lot

You're not really releasing the club. Your kind of just spinning/rotating from the top of the backswing to the finish without much separation between your hips-torso-shoulders. They're all rotating together. They need separation. At some point the body needs to apply the brakes so the club can pass it. Braking with the bodyarmshands transfers speed along the kinetic chain to the clubhead. ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ …

You take a really strong grip and just pass through the ball without releasing the club. Your arms never turn over, and you chicken wing. Amg video on club release. Should give you an idea ▶ this video

u/CptBadAss2016 2026 · r/GolfSwing · in “Why does my driver swing look so slow on the way down? It’s losing me distance (carry about 230)”

You're all body, no arms. You wipe the lead arm across your chest in the backswing, then spin the chest in the downswing. The "lead arm across the chest" is the key error here. The arms should work up and down in the swing, while the body turn is what carries them in a circle. In the downswing you have to fire your arms/hands down (and not out) and let your wrists release. With the driver in particular you're not …
