Your weight transfer is all wrong. Way too much on your front foot at the top of the backswing ... and then you finish with all the weight on your back foot. Watch this, then compare. It may not be the modern way of thinking, but it will certainly help you out. ▶ this video

Paddy golf tips on rolling feet at 6:45, but the whole video is good. ▶ this video The rolling the trail foot keeps it on the ground and avoids early extension. Don’t let the club get past your target line at the top of your backswing. Widen your stance just a little to try and stop your left foot spin out move. You want to roll your weight onto the outside of that foot. Here’s 3 minutes from the Golden Bear that might help. ▶ this video

You have a good solid swing, but you are looking to improve, as we all are. I'm going to not pick on your swing to tweak it a bit. No major changes, just a couple things to work on for a few extra yards and consistency. Your footwork is good in a photo, but you are not using them as good as you can. Watch Nicklaus and his thoughts. ▶ this video I think that at impact you are a little scrunched, not being in a …

Tons of guys move their feet and are pretty successful, and you're just repeating that same bad advice to seemingly everyone. ▶ this video ▶ this video Bryson and Jack Nicklaus are/were decent golfers, just to name a couple.

Footwork, you’re missing on the toe because you’re getting just a smidge ahead with the hips. It’s a great swing and it isn’t much, this is probably the most easily fixable and ideal miss in my opinion. Get your feet right and you’re going to see some some unbelievable ball striking. I would also add that the toe misses aren’t necessarily causative of the draw, with irons a toe miss is actually going to generally …

Do you have a former baseball background? You look like you're rotating like a baseball player. Yes, you are bent over pretty far but that honestly is an easy fix, stand a bit closer, but based on this swing I would look at your rear foot. Looks like your hands are getting stuck behind you. I would take a quick look at this video and eye ball some pros swings and how the back foot stays active but not fully rotated …

Work on your footwork. You're flat footed and standing on your heels, and your upper body is doing all the work. You want to be on the palms of your feet transferring momentum between your feet. ▶ this video
