I was going to say the same, connection. The hands and chest need to be connects. Check this video out, this guy really has helped me understand what a real swing is and after struggling for so long this guy makes it so easy to understand. Hope it does the same for you: ▶ this video

Initial issue is that you are disconnected. Your arms climb up your chest and behind your right shoulder after your shoulders stop so your hands are very wide from your chest. It’s a weak, slappy position. Because you are in the weak position your downswing is either way too much hips getting you stuck behind like you are now, or all arms. I think you’re disconnecting a little as your hips are getting well ahead, then you’re having to stall a bit to catch up, hence you may see a touch early release. Good vid on this: ▶ this video

Then you get that ugly chicken wing because your arms drag the body to the finish, rather …

Yeah was gonna say this. Backswing too flat/inside and arms get well behind you. This causes loss of connection between arms and chest. Which causes the OTT and standing up, to prevent hitting the ground a mile behind the ball. Watch this vid ▶ this video

She gets disconnected at the top with a slight arm lift. This gets the club behind the turn (I’m currently working on this). Only chance she has to get the club back in sequence is to fire the hands faster (getting the elbow back in front) ▶ this video - and she is firing the hips so quick this looks almost impossible. These are the two things I would Work on. - Get the club more on plane in the backswing. Takeaway …
