I do this all the time. Even hired a coach to help me stop it. He gave me three pieces of advice that have helped. 1. Really lock your body and try not to move so much 2. Your shoulders go back, not your body, and not your head 3. At the top of your back swing as you’re starting forward, start to lean onto your left foot as you drop your right shoulder and get your hands low (down by your hips) ▶ this video ▶ this …

No. No no no no no no. Holy moly, you are going to mess yourself up with that mess. Shallowing is basically an optical illusion, but if you break it down, it's essentially just the arms dropping in transition. ▶ this video

It’s not in too bad of a spot actually, the issue I see is you’re coming over the top as the first move, like when your hands start moving down they move forward to the ball causing you to get steep and slice across the ball. We want to be swinging a little more inside out and a lot of that starts with keeping the shoulders back when you start the downswing. That will allow the hands to drop more vertically rather …

We have the same problem. Don’t transition correctly. You don’t stay closed enough for long enough with the upper body and you don’t speed up the arms fast enough. I have a bad back and poor flexibility in certain areas, so a lot of that problem for me is that I struggle to turn enough on the backswing. But I don’t know that you have that issue — it looks ok to me turnwise. But several old Jack Nicklaus feels may …

Draw a line straight from the butt of the club. Yours is going inside the ball(steep), Tiger's is outside the ball(not steep). This is the downswing method that's taught by pros these days. It's called "dropping hands", or "dropping hands into the slot" Here is lengthy video ▶ this video Also explained by Justin Rose, he does this every preshot routine ▶ this video And Tiger ▶ this video
