This whole channel is awesome, but this one particular concept about what the arms do in a proper swing should help you immensely. Also, go get lessons, they’re worth it if you’re gonna play more ▶ this video

[i.redd.it] The gif above shows the trail arm and hands position of some tour players when the shoulders have rotated about 90 degrees in the backswing. The trail arm and hands line up approximately with the trail shoulder. The hands stay in front of the chest (they retain width). The lead arm is not pulling across the chest. In fact the hands have only moved a small amount relative to the mid-line of the chest from …

Instead of trying to swing your hands towards the ball, you should be moving them DOWN. Since they are connected to your shoulders via your arms, down will turn into toward the ball. Rotate your body to get them there. ▶ this video

Lifting your arm is normal and good You just need to learn to reconnect your arm and lower your hands properly Here: ▶ this video And this compliments it: ▶ this video The big thing you want to learn when you do these moves is to make sure you're closing the face early enough in the downswing to compliment this move.

The trail arm has to lift some in the backswing and “reconnect” hopefully in the downswing: ▶ this video

You have a nice move, but you're very steep and your arms are late. Lay your right arm down your right shirt seem early in the downswing, don't throw your hands at the ball. ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ this video [instagram.com] [instagram.com] [instagram.com] [instagram.com] [instagram.com] [instagram.com] [instagram.com] [instagram.com]

Great move for a beginner. Many beginners will fold the trail arm way pat 90 degrees into the top, you don’t, which gives you width. Thats good. I’d work on reconnecting your upper trail arm to your ribcage in transition. Doesn’t need to be smashed into your body, just needs to lower a bit as the trail arm straightens. Here’s a video explaining the concept: ▶ this video

First off, thanks for posting a video with multiple swings, it can be helpful to see what consistently happens across swings! That being said, you arm structure at the top is the biggest problem I see and I think it’s indirectly a part of you OTT motion. Your trail arm is pinned to your chest and completely folded in at the top. Because of this, you have no way to generate or feel power besides spinning out your …

[preview.redd.it] Can’t hit the ball without scooping from here. Your arms need to reattach sooner so you can rotate through the ball. From here you have to stall flip or else you’ll miss the ball and your brain doesn’t want that. ▶ this video Note how they talk about the arms lowering before rotating. That will shallow the club as well as get the club in position at P6 to hit without a major flip/scoop
