I had Gemini put this together from my YT saves. If there’s an issue you have, it’s highly likely that AMG has a data driven video on it. 1. You're pushing off your right foot toes almost from the very top of the swing. This throws your hips out in the way of the optimal swing path, and makes you throw your arms out at the ball. You stand up because it's a shallowing move that you have to make to make contact with the ball. Two things: work on where you should be feeling the pressures in the swing. It seems there’s a misunderstanding due to differing definitions of weight. When you push off, the pressure increases significantly until you lift off, at which point the pressure, or weight, drops to zero. In most effective swings, the front toes lift as the golfer pushes against the ground on the lead side, helping to open the hips. The footwork OP exhibits at impact is typical and certainly not 10 inches away …

You're going to have to take these slowly and in parts. I mean SLOW. like it should take 10 seconds to finish a swing. 1. fix your grip. search Padraig Harrington's youtube channel for "grip" ▶ this video 2. You're swinging your arms across your chest horizontally. The arms work up and down in the golf swing while the pivot carries the arms in a circle. Take time to let this concept sink in. If you are going to make claims about how things should work in high level swings, you need objective data to back it up. AMG (and many others) have used force plates to measure exactly what happens, this isn’t up for debate really. You can’t measure pressure just by looking at people swing. ▶ this video Not saying that popular instruction isn’t wrong some (or a lot) of the times. Just that right now you are just …

It’s not true- here is a heat map of where the pressure shifts for tour players: ▶ this video As long as u didn’t shift it into ur trail heel which u did not. You did good on that you have a higher level swing than people here can give advice for so I’d recommend a coach.
