You need to change the timing where you shift your weight forward. You actually want that movement to happen before the end of your backswing. Ideally you want a slight shift away from the target early in the backswing, then as you reach the top of your backswing, you re-centre your weight. Then there is a bit of forward weight shift in the downswing. Your swing looks pretty good otherwise, hard to tell without a …
