I deal with chronic pain in my neck, mid-back, and lower back. At one point, I was receiving epidural steroid shots in between my vertebrae. The better I learned how to use my body efficiently and to use the club correctly, and to stop fighting against physics, the easier it got to swing a golf club over the entire round. My main goal has been to learn how to swing pain-free. I'll drop videos the videos from YouTube …

You're keeping your weight/pressure on your trail foot for too long. You should start shifting that pressure into your lead side alot earlier. AMG are really into what they call recentering as a concept ▶ this video The step drill is great for helping sequence the weight shift. ▶ this video . Lots of other videos of it on YouTube, Dr Kwon, zengolf, Chris Ryan etc all helped me

Haven’t used most of these before, but these types of aids are training you to get shifting to your lead side early enough. While you are still closed to the target and the club is nearing the top, you start to recenter and shift forward. It’s really common for people to shift forward too late, or to spin out at the same time as they are shifting. More of just a feeling and it should be blended, but some people …

Watching the video requires patience, but I've never seen a better one with regard to understanding the intricacies of weight shift. ▶ this video

You're on the road to stack and tilt. Start posting about that and you're going to get some opinions both ways... But yeah, one of the main causes of hitting fat (low point behind the ball) is that you're shifting away from the ball during the back swing, but don't get back to the right position by contact. Conceptually, I find this video helpful: ▶ this video What you're describing is a way to "fix" the problem by …

You’re flipping, the clubhead has passed your hands before impact. Good impact position would have your lead arm more in line with the lead side of the body. You’re flipping because you haven’t shifted enough pressure to your front foot early enough in the swing. This causes your low point to be behind the ball. The flip is a manipulation with your hands to make contact. Lots of videos out there on how to move …

You pivot around your lead leg. Your hip swings like a door and you get closer to the ball at impact. What you need to do is to pivot around your spine. Athletic Motion Golf on YouTube has a video to address this. ▶ this video

High handicap. Could still be working to break 100. No offense intended, everybody starts there. Seems like your concept of how the hips should move is a little off. The pros only rotate their hips after they’ve recentered over the ball. Check out this video, I think it’ll help you a lot: ▶ this video

You’re missing what’s called ‘recentering’ which will help prevent the excessive move away from the target, get your pressure moving forward sooner, and reduce risk of chunks. Here’s a video explaining the concept: ▶ this video
