I suggest that you actually hit a ball when you record your swing because for a lot of people their swing does change. One thing that you can do is to work on how your lower body moves and try to kind of squat in the downswing. Looking way better already! You’re a quick study my man! I think the final piece is the feeling of the “sit” in transition. Gotta take it all the way back to slammin’ Sammy Snead for this one. ▶ this video Hopefully some helpful nuggets in there to feel like you can create a bit more power without needing to get the hips going forward so soon.

The hips DO start the downswing, but it’s more of a “loading” than it is “immediately rotating.” What I see is your right hip immediately rotating out towards the ball when you get to the top of the swing, it almost looks like your hips are fully changing direction before your arms are. It’s VERY hard to explain via text, but this video may help: ▶ this video
