▶ this video, but this is what really helped me focus on body rotation. It’s super simple to do at home and really helps you understand how your torso and hips should be functioning throughout the swing.

▶ this video is a good video that helped me out. My issue that I recognized recently was that I was just using my arms to hit the ball. Since I've watched this video, along with practicing for an hour a day since Monday I belt, I have went from hitting my irons 10% of the time to at least 50-75%. The main reason I dropped down to 10% was I'm now using clubs meant for the average height golfer. Was using clubs meant …

Honestly, I'd say to kind of step back and really try to reform your whole swing. I'd say check out the below to start. There's a lot I'd change and i think the video will help. On the plus side, I really do think you have athleticism for it. Very smooth motion and you activate a lot of your body to produce your swing. You got the eye and contact down, so making some overall swing changes would be easier for you. ▶ …

Hmmm. I'm a little worried about this idea that you seem to have: "I know I should be leading the downswing with rotating the hips" As someone who is currently a 3 handicap and is working on NOT "leading" with hip rotation on my downswing (under the guidance of an excellent instructor), I feel like you have the slightly wrong idea here. I just posted this one the other day, but I feel like this is a really good …

Need to work on proper pressure/weight shift in the swing. It’ll give you a little more freedom to rotate properly. Also, you want to keep your lead arm elbow more pointed at the ground through out the swing as well. Not pressing your lead arm against your body in the backswing will help too. Here’s a couple videos that come to mind that could help: ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ this video

Good luck. Couple quick things to start with - your posture at address is too hunched over; standing too close to ball and upper back overly arched. For your backswing, you’re too much arms. Need to focus on torso rotation. Rotate the torso, think of the spine as the center line. Use your legs/hips to help facilitate that rotation. And near top of backswing, you should feel a natural weight shift onto your front …

Slow down and work on proper weight shifting and turning. You’re basically just throwing your arms at it really fast right now. ▶ this video
