you aren't raising your arms up in your backswing, you are pushing them to the side, which i think is because you're confusing "in to in" for "shallow to shallow". The club needs to get high and the wrists cocked up, not cocked sideways. you will be more "in" on the downswing as long as you drop the arms first and start getting good rotation before dropping the club with the wrists and whipping it check out these …

A few things I see… 1. The biggest issue I see is your most of your weight is staying behind the ball. Start with your weight favoring your left side by shifting your left hip toward the target (not leaning). Then as you rotate through your swing, make a conscious effort to drive that hip and your weight toward the target. That’ll keep everything moving forward & help ensure you hit the ball first. 2. Backswing seems a bit shallower than your downswing, usually, that pattern is reversed with most driver swings I've seen. Check this video out for reference on what I mean ▶ this video

Yes, I do. And Tiger does lay off in the downswing, as almost all great players do. The \drill\ I posted above will help op with that. ▶ this video ▶ this video

If you want to engage the lower body a bit more kick that front knee out a little. It will allow you to get more power but also keep you from swaying off the ball. Watch the lower body work of the pros ▶ this video

Your swing loop is backwards. Watch these swing tracers. Make sure your down swing trace is inside (left) of your upswing trace. Yours is currently opposite of correct. See golfer at 2:14 for an exaggerated example. ▶ this video

Look at the top of your swing, you move your club lower, like you're pushing it down instead of keeping the same plane. But if you are consistent it might not be an issue, just your own style. A bit odd and unusual but look at the swing on the middle left here: ▶ this video
