▶ this video Watch the whole thing, of course though. ▶ this video All of their videos really. I love the guys at AMG. Where you told sometime to "make sure you never sway in the backswing!!!" ? Your backswing is doing everything possible to not allow yourself to load the right side properly. Don't be afraid of loading athleticly onto your right side in the early backswing. Your right hip turn starts "gapping" away …

Focus on your head not moving towards the target on backswing, everything else will fall into shape. It's going to have to "feel" like you move off the ball three or four inches in backswing. Don't even try it a full speed untill you get that feel at half speed for a while. Here's a vid that goes into it. ▶ this video

Yo dude, I had the EXACt same issues as you and I wanna preface this by saying I am also a complete beginner. You really are not using any of your lower body/upper body. (all arms) but when you start fixing that part of your swing make sure you do it properly. Watch this video. ▶ this video 1. Your issue for hitting fat is due to the fact that you're not shifting your weight back nor forwards. 2. you are not doing 1 …

Obviously, you have a good golf swing. I think your issues are conceptual and weight transfer related. The following are concepts related to moving your body and where and when your hands are in relation to that. They're not swing thoughts. Get a club in your hand and take some time each night and learn at home. Concepts inform our intent, and our intent informs our actions. There's multiple videos but the are …

The shift back to begin the backswing is correct from my understanding. Not with your head but your hips should move. This is a good video about exactly that topic ▶ this video Again you have good distance still so maybe it’s unnecessary. But if you think about throwing a ball you alway shift back to start.

First of all, the funniest thing about this post is that the jackasses in the comment section who are so busy trying to play out their Jeff Ross fantasies are too stupid to realize that you are doing a lot of things really well in your golf swing. Let's break it down. See this angle here, where your hands are forward of the club head at impact and the shaft is leaning forward? [imgur.com] This is something that 95% …

I did not call your swing ugly. Congrats on the 1.3 handicap. I will stand by my comments. You can see that if you slow it down, you shift your weight down and backward, which moves your center of gravity unnecessarily. Maybe you're super comfortable doing this - I've seen really great golfers do something worse and get pretty good results nonetheless. But it's not typical in the way you claim it to be. Here's a …

I think a bit of a lateral bump backwards at the start of the backswing is fine and in fact is pretty universal (see Xander at 5:20 or so for instance - ▶ this video But this is probably a bit too much in my view.

Front view (or Face On as they call it) would help identify a reverse tilt. I agree it feels difficult to load into the right side and still hit the ball (the devil is in the details as they say.) The main reason is that most golfers do not begin to shift forward onto the lead/left side until way too late. The entire shift to trail side should happen about halfway through the backswing so you are already shifting …

Weight shift. You don’t load up your lead leg until you’re near the bottom of the swing. You flip because of you didn’t you’d hit the ground way behind the ball. ▶ this video
