Lots of stuff out there about pressure shift but this one is really good- particularly at 1:43- that horizontal move forward is what your swing currently lacks and happens organically when your shifting is proper. Ok, I'll tell u two main things u should work on. Freeze at top of backswing, and look at your left foot. U want the left foot to be either planted, or heel lightly lifted. Because during the downswing, u want the pressure onto your ball of your left foot(up right) and push UP.
