You've actually got a pretty good swing just a couple things. Your back swing is great, maybe a tad long at the top but nothing major. Your clubface is way open as it comes back down, you want to clubface to be pointing back at the ball. Your left shoulder is pointing to the sky at impact, you want it to be level.
