First thing is, you gott get off your back foot. Did you play other sports at all? Baseball/football/lacrosse? You don't throw a ball off of your back foot, and you don't hit a golf ball off the back foot either. Take a 8i7 iron, amd stand with 90% of your weight forward while addressing the ball.
