Yeah absolutely, I watched all these videos and they essentially do the same thing just at differing lengths. ▶ this video -- 2 hours ▶ this video -- 1 hour ▶ this video -- 30 minutes Greg Rose fixed mine and all I had to do was understand how to move my body differently

Youre welcome! If you have the time, I suggest watching all of it (you can skip the gym stuff if you'd like). These MyTPI videos are absolutely amazing. There's another girl (who is super good, on the LPGA) and she deals with early extension too. It is 30 minutes vs the almost two hour one I sent you before, though there's no cuts with the one I sent you first. Here's the 30 minute video ▶ this video

The best thing I can do is send you down a TPI rabbit hole regarding ground reaction forces. A lot of the thinking from the people who focus on GRF and 3d motion capture revolves around how the lateral force sets everything up. Without fail they also talk about how one of the defining features of a pro and an amateur is that the pros have forces in sequence and early with amateurs being late and out of sequence. It …

Easy fix, but a lot of work to get there. Hard to say for sure without a face on view, but you're most likely not transitioning your weight to the front properly to get your left hip out of the way. This causes you to push your hips toward the target severely and completely stops your rotation. My guess is that you consistently block or hook left depending on your timing that day. You should feel most of your weight …
