Exactly - you hit the nail on the head, but I'll add that he has little/ no rear hip depth in the backswing to begin with. Focus on moving your trail hip deeper and then clear your front hip by moving it back and deep. Tiger keeps his hips back in this ▶ this video. What helped my EE was this ▶ this video that was done by Mike Malaska and Eric Corgorno on how the hips work. Perfect explanation. It's a totally new …

I’ve got a little bit of improvement with it. My hips are now a bit open at impact, but my my wrists release a tad early still and it risks shanks occasionally. This instruction video video and chair drill helped the most so far: ▶ this video And this video of tiger on the range doing a motion to counter early extension helped a bit too: ▶ this video

Tiger woods has a great demonstation of this. You need to get your hips into extention so they can turn properly. This video shows how Tiger exagerates this feeling. I like to do this with a hinge at the hips and feeling my arms move into the now open space. It's really hard to feel stuck if you can get this down. ▶ this video

I identified early extension in my swing about 2 months ago. I used to hit it fat so often. Then after that it was shanks. Shanks and fats. It was awful. Anyway - when you take your backswing, your head goes a bit lower than it was at address. The result is that you need to lift during the downswing in order to get back to a height where you aren't going to hit the ground in front of the ball. So shoulders go up and …

Good swing but you’re right, you don’t stay in posture at all. ▶ this video Skip to the 2 minute mark, this is all you need to work on if you’re focusing on maintaining spine angle

For the hundredth time I will share this drill: ▶ this video For you, you need to keep the clubhead in front longer and the shaft more vertical. It probably would not hurt to not bend over as much at address as you do, a little less and try and keep your shoulders and spine as consistent to that level as possible. When you come down you feel like you tuck in your gut instead of hump the ball.

Watch your chest as you start your downswing, you move up and away from the ball. Good golfers keep their chest down toward the ball and rotate their hips. Watch ▶ this video here at 2:11

'hosel' Looks like a healthy dose of early extension. Pause it at impact. Hips are forward and virtually in line with the target path and spine angle is almost vertical. When this happens there's no space for your hands to bring the club through so it naturally pushes the path toward the ball causing 'El Hosel'. Instead, the lead hip should be clearing out 'rotating' to create space while you maintain the spine …

Over the top, strong right grip, early extension. Check for some advice on YouTube on how to fix these three issues. I’d say: bump your right butt cheek against an imaginary wall behind you on the way back and then leave it there - just do the same thing with your left butt cheek on the way down. This will give you a crazy amount of space and will help you with many things on your swing! ▶ this video …

▶ this video It's a feeling of pushing into the ground in transition as you shift your weight forward. The ground will push back and you should feel your left hip moving back behind you through impact.

i just tried practicing it trying to get tthis into words for you for a few mins. basically i am trying to almost pushing forward with my trail foot in the backswing, like if i was doing this on a bathmat in the bathroom i would be sliding the rug forward. if you do this standing straight up, you will notice the result of this push with the foot is your hips turn perfectly without thinking of your hips at all. no …

You asked for actual advice: \- Your hips and upper body do not arrive to the top of the takeaway at the same time. It causes a degree of sway and makes it difficult to properly sequence the transition. Do some Hideki drills where you focus on getting everything to the final position at the same at hold it for a second or two. \- You're early extending. Right hip comes forward and your right heel comes off the …
