▶ this video I didn't really understand what Early Extension was until I watched this video. I'm still working on fixing it, but now I know what I'm doing wrong.

This is a good video that explains it a lot better than I can: ▶ this video And yea, it usually causes flipping which results in inconsistency. You actually don’t flip too bad, just a little steep. Coming from a baseball background it took me forever to believe that hip rotation is led by the lead hip and not the trail hip but it was a lightbulb moment.

Sure thing man, glad to help. You can find a gazillion early extension fix drills on YouTube, but I particularly like the ones that emphasize the thought of pulling your left hip back. ▶ this video

Looks like early extension - you’re standing up too early (hence the name). You are probably standing too far away from the ball. There are a couple of drills for this. First is the two ball drill. Set up a ball at your normal spot for a mid or high iron. Arms hanging down nicely, not too far away. Then set up a ball 4 inches inside this. Set up on the first ball, but strike the inside ball. The exaggerated feel …

You might want to look into youtube vids on early extension. You are "standing up"/extending/straightening out at the waist in the downswing before impact. Very common problem for golfers... You don't want to extend/"stand up" until after impact. ▶ this video ▶ this video plenty more to choose from...

Early extension: ▶ this video You also look very stiff and not getting your hips turned back far enough. Loosen up and try to incorporate some hips into the swing.

You’re early extending. Try practicing pushing off the trail heel, and not coming onto your trail toes so early. You should be rolling your ankle invertly slightly, with a slight lift of heel ▶ this video

You're getting stuck because you're extending your hips early and not allowing your upper body to clear them. ▶ this video Chris Ryan is one of my favorite YouTube golf coaches but if you just do a search for "early extension golf" you'll find something to help you

It’s called “ Early Extension “ you raise up, thrust your belt buckle towards the ball and because this prevents you from Turning into impact, you just throw your hands and arms down at the ball, when doing this, you pull the club closer to your body and hit off the toe. ▶ this video ▶ this video
