Inside takeaway, plus shoulder alignment pointed to left, means you’re going to hit like that nearly every danged time. You gotta work on your setup fundamentals. Danny Maude and Ian Fraser have some great lessons on this that could really help you. ▶ this video ▶ this video

Try these things if you don't already. Danny Maude's ▶ this video actually covers the fade/slice and pull/hook. Easier to just watch the video that even read the rest of this post lol. I was going to type it all out, but video explains how to fix the fade.

Your swing speed will generally call for a stiff shaft, but if you don't fix the swing you'll probably just hit even bigger slices with a stiff shaft. I like Danny Maude for his simplicity. Check these out: ▶ this video ▶ this video

Your swing path is very out-to-in. Try rotating your shoulders clockwise at address and moving your hips forward to put you in more of a draw setup and move you away from the fade setup. The rest of your setup is decent, and I’m not sure which way the ball spun after it was in the air, but with this ripper body position at address the ball is almost always going to start left / start as a pull. So you’ll get pull …
