Ball seems too far back. Driver ball position is off the inside of your left heel. Youre only bringing your arms back in your backswing, then seeminly trying to rotate your hips in the down swing. You generate power by rotating in the backswing, and whipping your bodying in the downswing. If your miss is a slice, I cannot recommend this video enough. Its Tiger’s old coach. The primary focus is on club path and wrist …

The drill at 7:45 is what has been helping me. Trying to swing clockwise instead of counterclockwise. ▶ this video

I don’t think your ball flight is too high but you definitely have a bit of a slice going on from coming over the top. Usually people coming over the top tend to hit down on the ball causing your ball flight to be a high slice. Watch ▶ this video video, it helped me a ton!

Ignore everyone else and watch this: ▶ this video You're doing the opposite of what this coach is saying, you get to he toop and then swing over your back swing path. In the vid it's clear, back swing then come under. Seriously, watch it.

Just need to work on shifting your path more to the right. Do that and you'll probably hit the ball 30-40 yards farther immediately. If you're really serious get lessons. It's tough to fix OTT without a coach. That said I think you could make pretty big improvements at least with the driver on your own - I really like this video: ▶ this video

Have you considered incorporating your right arm into your swing at all?? In all fairness, watch Hank Haney's slice fix video and get used to what it feels like to actually fully swing a club: ▶ this video

In your downswing, at club parallel, your face is open. It should be closing / closed at that point. You haven’t got time to time the closing of the face if you leave it to there. The first swing you close it too late. The second swing you snap it closed by overcompensating as you said. Close your face much earlier in the swing. Check out 11:27 in this video. ▶ this video Hank Haney gets the guy to turn his club …
