You're swing looks a bit lagless to me ,which is very similar to mine. But this Danny Maude video got rid of my slice pretty much instantly ( other dudes setup around 7 mins)) ▶ this video

[preview.redd.it] The face of your driver doesn’t match the path of your swing so you’re essentially cutting across it, causing it to slice. If you imagine a stick horizontally across the insides of your elbows, this is the direction your swing path is aiming… your currently aiming into the woods and your club face is aiming down the fairway. I found this video very helpful… ▶ this video

Watch this video, I think it applies to you as your shoulders are pointing left and you nearly miss the ball, just catching it with the toe. ▶ this video

I would check out this video and focus on your setup and a shorter backswing. It looks like your hips and shoulders are both lined up left which will help a slice. ▶ this video

Your setup is bad to start. Notice that your right arm is almost higher than your left at setup. That’s a slice ALL day long. It contributes to your less than ideal takeaway. Take your setup, and then turn the golf club closed like 80, then turn back without loosening your grip and pin that right elbow inside. This will help with a better takeaway and help you to shallow the club with a much better path. You’ve got …

Your right forearm is above the left at setup. It’s should be lower. Watch ▶ this video

▶ this video - pay attention to the part where he describes the set up. At set up your belt buckle or shirt buttons are pointing at the ball. They need to be pointing directly in front of you (face on direction). Once you have your body tilting with your chest and hips pointing the right direction you’ll be able to work on a few more things like shallowing and club face control. I’d also invest some time in fixing …

It's still a work in progress for me too, but I think this video makes sense logically at least. The idea basically is to get you starting to hook the ball instead of slicing it and that'll kinda help you feel the difference and adjust to get it a bit straighter. ▶ this video
