I'd also add that the swing path is outside to inside which results in slice. As others have said a stronger grip would probably help to start, then work on swing path. ▶ this video has a good video set on how to approach fixing a slice. It's a bit or work but has definitely helped me. Good luck!

I have a similar issue, really inconsistent or a huge slice off the tee. I found this series useful. Been practising at the range with a bucket of balls and only hitting driver, slowing everything down and going through the pre shot routine. ▶ this video
