If it helps, a similar video to this seemed to make something click on driver for me: ▶ this video Crux of it is the feeling of swinging out to left field (lefty) with a closed face. I definitely could feel the change in angle of attack by swing inside to out. In some sense, with the club head in behind you coming in to out, it'll be at its lowest point behind you and on the way up as it nears the ball.

Ball seems too far back. Driver ball position is off the inside of your left heel. Youre only bringing your arms back in your backswing, then seeminly trying to rotate your hips in the down swing.
