I also will use one hand to hold a club/stick across my shoulders and make sure I feel the rotation and swing plane to get a feel for the rotation when I'm at the driving range. Really helps you get a feel. Example: ▶ this video

Right now your swing is mostly driven by what you’re doing at the gym: you’re used to working biceps and triceps, and that’s what you use to swing the club. It should not be that way. Think of your obliques and glutes swinging the club, with much more body rotation. Here’s a great video showing proper backswing rotation with your arms on your chest so they can’t take over: ▶ this video

The goal of the backswing is to coil the spine, not hump the air behind you. You want to build torque You are rotating with your hips instead of coiling your spine with your chest and shoulders ▶ this video In the downswing, you throw your wrist angles away from the top ▶ this video

I like to look at a swing chronologically and address the first thing I notice. In your case it is in your takeaway where you are turning your hips right from the start. Start the takeaway with the shoulders and arms first and don't even turn your hips - allow them to be turned passively by your shoulders. ▶ this video Also - check this video on the takeaway in general. ▶ this video

You need to work on proper rotation. Your backswing is flat because you’re not rotating your lower body properly. Go see a pro or use an alignment stick to help: ▶ this video

If you're lacking consistency, i would recommend this ▶ this video Starting the swing with your shoulders will help get the rhythm better.
