Oh boy, I caught the shanks on Friday, and let me tell you it was mind melting during my round on Saturday. I couldn't not shank a 10 yard chip much less anything else. Cured myself on Sunday with this video, and about 30 minutes at the range. ▶ this video You are firing your lead hip too soon on the downswing. watch this video, and fire that hip so your club bottoms out later.

I think the low/inside takeaway is prob a product of how your rotating the lower body. I think the right feel for rotating the hips is not rotating at all. ▶ this video I've shared this video a lot, but it's been monumentally helpful for me. Try this, no ball necessary, just dry swings: 1. Set up normally 2. Pretend as if someone has a string tied to you right hip bone and pulls it straight back, your hip should go …

▶ this video I have been watching alot of his videos. This helped me understand the turn on the back swing. I was trying to make a turn with my arms instead of my lower body. Hope this helps some.

The key here is rotation and when. You have limited rotation of your hips and back during your backswing followed by your down swing starting before your hips turn. Your swing is mostly arms. I would say, first and foremost, you need to review proper rotation of the hips during your entire swing. ▶ this video

▶ this video I feel like this is a good video for You. TryiNg to rotate your hips through impact is not how you rotate your hips through impact but he explains it quite well in the video.

You're not rotating your shoulders and are trying to use your arms to swing, which makes it impossible to come back to the same point. You have to keep your front arm as an extension of your club so you can consistently come back to where you started. Watch this video by the amazing Danny Maude to improve it: ▶ this video

Look through these Youtube videos regarding Flipping: ▶ this video Find one that makes sense for you. I usually like Danny Maude: ▶ this video Your downswing looks good until you make contact with the ball which is when your arms decelerate and your wrists/hands flip. Once you get that sorted out, you're gonna have a lot of fun.

▶ this video This is a great guide on how all of the pieces connect Pushing your trail hip back forces your chest to rotate to bring the club back which gets your chest to the right position, then shifting the weight back correctly will naturally pull your lead shoulder back to position, chest follows, hands should naturally drop into the slot

Deeper hip rotation in the backswing is what will create space for your arms to swing, and yes, less early extension will maintain it as you come through. ▶ this video Video yourself doing that and see if you can go far enough that your pants pocket starts to disappear round the corner. Once you’re getting more hip rotation you can think about trying to keep your trail heel down and turning your body without filling …
