You can see that your lower body is going down on the backswing instead of up. Your body stays down on the downswing, maybe even comes further down. You’re now closer to the ball and need to get further away to hit it, so you EE. In the backswing the right hip goes up and back, but the left hip only really goes down. It will go a little forward but not much ▶ this video Since you’re used to already being down you …

People are rightly saying you’re flippy at impact but that is a symptom not a cause of your poor impact position. You flip because you don’t rotate your hips in the downswing. Watch your lead hip slide towards the target as you bring the club down – a small hip bump is fine but you are substituting it for rotation. ▶ this video

The images below show the movement of your butt, head and hands between address and just before impact. You have lost some spine angle but the main issue is that your hands have moved up and out towards the ball. The forward movement of your trail hip during your downswing is restricting the space available for your hands to move correctly through impact and forcing them up and out. This might help with your hip …

It's hard for me to judge from this swing. No, don't pivot more off your right leg. Get off your right leg. Internally rotate your right femur in the back swing. Sit into your left side at the end of your backswing. A lot of hip turn and the takeaway sets up too much to the left shoulder. This places the club too far behind your center of gravity and makes you throw it inside out, which promotes side spin and the lefts. To promote a more centered or down the line delivery, let's try to set the hands earlier, limit the hip turn so you can drive with it, and find a more balanced takeaway.
