Had the same issue of having to swing fast or feeling like everything would be out of sync. Recently fixed my early extension and I now can take a nice controlled backswing. You’re definitely in the same boat, I’d check out this video that really helped me. ▶ this video

You have a touch of EE, due to face coming in a bit open and the hands having to rotate quickly, that’s not going to help you keep the ball down. Good vid here, but ultimately if you’re trying to keep it down you want to be turning the chest hard at it.▶ this video

▶ this videodrill. Currently you're just shooting your hands out towards the ball, which is making swing arc all fucky.

▶ this video Watch this video. I think it might help. Couple things I noticed are that you have a big wrist bow at the top and you seem to rotate your hips too soon, which is what's seemingly causing your problem. I bet you block a lot of shots out to the right and or hozzle shots. Instead, shift your weight left, let your downswing happen, and then turn.

I’m not a coach but I would be Careful with the advice you’re giving: ▶ this video Athleticism is what accounts for his ability to square the club given the lifting of his spine before impact. It’s called early extension which in and of itself is an athletic move to save the club face right before impact. A great golf swing is inherently not necessarily athletic but repeatable and safe. In the video the coach …
