Op Your weight is on your toes. ▶ this video Watch that. It saved me I struggled with this for nearly two years. I have completely corrected it now thanks to Larry You finished on your left toe and you can actually see your weight fall forward a little midswing Larry was the only dude that wasn't talking about hip turn or any of that shit. If your weight is on your toes, you WILL early extend

First thought is that you “hump” the ball pretty hard. On the downswing your hips move towards the ball and it causes you to stand up on impact, I’m guessing your struggle with ball striking. ▶ this video Feel your weight shift right heel to left heel. Do it slowly at first. Keep videoing yourself to see if it's gotten better after you practice. Though you'll know from the contact you're making. Best of luck.

They hump the goat (ball) Your swing pattern needs a big overhaul. My amateur thoughts: people early extend because something in their swing makes the club crash down into the ground early. If you did not early extend, your current swing would have the club hit …

You have a good move, but it’s the classic goat jump, which describes getting stuck and early extension. there’s a bunch of content out there on this concept, and you have a pretty classic case. Here’s one YouTube link that will describe your situation:▶ this video Another observation, is that your immediately locking your right knee on your back swing, which will keep your weight on your left side. Your weight …
