You’re in what’s called “S” posture. That is making it extremely hard for you to keep and maintain posture throughout your swing. You absolutely must give this a try and I guarantee you will have better strikes and overall consistency, because despite your “s” posture you’re actually not as bad as some others in that position at address, so really give this a try I’m going to link you a really good informative video …

Me FOUR says, "HODOR" (aka, a GoT inside joke)...OK, on the serious side, listen-up OP, there's a light at the end of this tunnel, and it's all about understanding the Pelvic tilt in the golf swing. There's no reason to "toss the baby out with the bath water" with your swing; learn & understand how to use your hips/pelvic better and you'll be on your way. First and foremost, your butt is sticking WAY out!! AllBad - …

[i.redd.it] In the GIF above I have drawn a red line representing the functional swing plane (line drawn between the club hosel and your trail elbow). Relative to this plane your club-head trace indicates you have a reasonably on-plane swing. The downswing and follow through traces show you are producing a swing direction at the low point of the trace that is in-to-out. Assuming the low point is ahead of the ball, …

Early extension is creating an anterior pelvic tilt and lumbar spime extension. This is most likely the cause of your back pain. Rotating around an extended lumbar spine is bad recipe for disc and facet problems. The idea is to get short with upper body while lower body extends. TPI talks about this frequently. Like getting shot in the gut with a cannonball. Anatomically it's called posterior and anterior pelvic …

I know this isn’t what you’re looking for, but speaking from experience, your anterior pelvic tilt and those hard swings increases your chances of lower back issues. PT’s do not like the golf swing, but they hate it more when you’re pushing your butt out. Submitted for your consideration! TPI vid on it: ▶ this video Regardless, you’ve got a great swing!
