A lot of your problems stem from your setup position. Cleaning that up first should be your priority before trying to change anything else. You are too bent over at the waist, and your hips are too far back. The middle of your hips should be centered over your ankles which will give you a slight amount of forward shin lean. This is a great video about the setup from AMG, I highly recommend you go through it all. ▶ …

Id start with learning a proper athletic setup. ▶ this video You may never swing like a world class golfer but there's no reason you can't learn to setup to a golf ball like one. Someone posted this ▶ this video yesterday. I think it would help. TLDR, shins too vertical, too far from ball, swing plane too flat.

I had Gemini put this together from my YT saves. If there’s an issue you have, it’s highly likely that AMG has a data driven video on it. 1. The best guys in the game IMO are Athletic Motion Golf. I even got a lesson from them. They break down the swing into a science and always have great drills to work on faults. ▶ this video is a relevant video for your setup.

You need to work on your setup first, then evaluate your swing. If you are lined up to that club on the ground, then your stance is too closed. That's not a huge deal though, especially if you are intending to be closed. The biggest issue is that you are too upright with your posture. As someone else mentioned, you have too much weight on your toes as well. I think the upright posture is contributing to that. ▶ this …

Here’s a good link re setup: ▶ this video Weight more on the balls if your feet, middle of your hips over your ankles, shins angling forward and not pointing straight up. Tuck your tailbone a little to straighten the bottom of your back. Rounded shoulders are ok, but chest should feel ‘proud’.
