I LOVE setup changes - they’re like FREE fixes because it doesn’t take up any space in my brain throughout the swing LOL!! Anywho, I thought the pics you shared looked a little extreme BUT I found this video (I really love GEARS - just unarguable facts!) - definitely agreeing with your slight tilt back - felt a lot better on the course today! ▶ this video

I had Gemini put this together from my YT saves. If there’s an issue you have, it’s highly likely that AMG has a data driven video on it. 1. ▶ this video good general overview of a neutral setup. Agree you’re a little hunched, but just make sure whatever you do to fix it doesn’t screw something else up. Your hips are stacked over your ankles - that’s good, many ams have their butt too far back which almost guarantees early extension. Address is super boring to work on, and annoyingly important.

You are squatting/sitting at address. You might find that you have issues with rotation in your back swing. That’s why you have to awkwardly lift your lead foot to get deeper in the back swing. A lead heel lift isn’t inherently bad if its coupled with good mechanics. Check out athletic motions pro vs am series. Real eye opener. ▶ this video

[i.redd.it] The gif above compares your swing to Tiger’s. In many respects you should find the comparison pleasing. The swings have been slowed down and synchronised to a large extent to make the swings easier to compare. There are two checkpoints that I think you should pay particular attention to. At address you can see your shoulders have opened and your spine is leaning towards the target. This setup is …

Start with setup: 1. Your butt is way to far back. You want your hip sockets to line up over your ankle joints. This will give you maybe about a club head width between your butt line and back of your heel. 2. Your arm pits should hover more over the ball of your foot to your toes. Your reaching out and away with your arms, rather your arms should hang vertically with an iron. This is a knock on effect of 1. 3. You …

I'd start with your address position being too bent over: ▶ this video Once that's sorted try and not lift your head and shoulders at the top of the backswing

Need a little better setup and more width in your backswing, more rotation, less chicken wing, probably need to close the face better, so yeah a bunch of stuff and I didn't even look at grip. Start here and you can look up all the other stuff too. ▶ this video you made good contact so that's good, now make that hot mess look like a nice swing.

Very impressive swing for just playing 1.5 years! This would be a nice swing for anyone. I agree with the comment earlier about your weight being too far back. You're sitting back with your butt behind your feet. You want your hips more over your ankles, less knee flex. ▶ this video From there I would work on your sequencing into transition and downswing. You pretty much unwind everything together currently. You …
