This is a great video that explains what you're talking about. It was a big help for me as a high handicapper. ▶ this video

Don’t flick the club! Danny Maude has a fantastic ▶ this video which has a drill that helped me. Flicking the club leads to lots of problems with consistency and robs you of distance. I would also suggest working on club face control. Can’t tell what club that is, but it looked open at impact

There was a Danny maude video that made the tempo and connection of upper and lower click for me. ▶ this video I think it will help with the casting for sure and it helped me with starting my hips at the right time.

Lost all rhythm which since I tensed up. …

Your wrists are stiff as a board. You need "supple" wrists to get some lag in the club. It should help with your over swing which is causing your reverse pivot. This ▶ this video really helped me understand how to find the feeling.

This is a feeling I'm trying to get into my swing (but way less extreme) and leading to way better rhythm and softness in the wrists and hands. Early days but striking much better. There's a Danny Maude video with a drill like this ▶ this video

I'm also 6'5" and have struggled with topping and chunking irons and generally inconsistent ball striking. I highly recommend this ▶ this video and this guy's channel overall. The video focuses on the takeaway and puts it in terms that will actually translate to how you FEEL when you swing. Your issue appears to be breaking your wrist too early, bring the clubhead back too soon which causes you to flick the clubhead …
