Two things... 1. The mats at a simulator or practice green will mask your fat shots. The ball will still go somewhere and you can't tell you hit it fat, until you get better and can discern the difference. 2. and this video - light bulb moment for me ▶ this video

Try slowing down. This video by Eric Cogorno helped me not get so armsy and use the lower body, and separation, to swing the club. Opening hips + swinging too hard = pull. ▶ this video

You’re not transferring your weight to start a sequence of events, he shows the ‘bad’ example, that you. Follow the drills he shows in this Eric Cogorno video: ▶ this video

Think of turning around your spine. Your back swing is good but when you go to strike the ball you’re just standing up and throwing your hands at the ball. This will be really inconsistent unless you have godlike hand eye coordination. It should feel like your almost dipping down on the back swing to keep the spine on that plane. ▶ this video Really good video about this

▶ this video I like this video. But also remember that rotating your hips is one of the hardest parts of the golf swing. Your hips start the downswing not your arms, remember that.

Too rigid imo. Maybe try a wider stance with feet folted out, just to give you room. I'd wager you'd benefit from benefit from this drill, about minimizing tension to get a feel for the natural motion of it. There's a sway missing from your swing ▶ this video
