Hi mate From what I can see you are severely over the top on your downswing meaning you dump your club outwards and at impact are swiping across the ball meaning you won't know where it goes and can never make proper contact. Also I think you can afford to stay a bit more grounded and less sway off the ball ▶ this video ▶ this video Try these first and go from there
