You have a very similar swing I had! You slightly come out of posture at impact. (Hips move towards ball and your head comes up). One thing that really helped me stay in posture and improved consistency drastically was two things. First, imagine both hip sockets are a golf ball. At the top of your backswing, note the location of your left hip(left golf ball) and try to feel like your moving your right hip (right …

Yes you do have ee going on. Not the end of the world. Ee a symptom of other problems, it is not the problem in of itself. Watch these guys, and go about any swing changes very slowly and deliberately. My advice would be dont go down the new swing feel every day, new swing fix ever day rabbit hole. And whatever you do, dont go down the shallowing rabbit hole without a coach. ▶ this video

Commonly amateurs will spin out their upper body and lose this separation …

Sorry I don’t have any drills that I use but here’s a good video to give you a sense of what should be happening. ▶ this video Just a heads up. When you start doing this you will probably be making worse contact. You also have to change how you release the club. Here’s a good video of what it should look like. ▶ this video Good luck man, golf sucks lol.
