Look at Rory's swing. Look where his front hip/leg starts and where it is at the end. ▶ this video You are really stable which is good, but your body should be traveling a little forward towards the target as you swing.

My recommendation is always start with head position. Yeah yeah we can talk grip and body position and foot position around the ball....but here's the thing - if you are set up behind the ball with the club squarely behind the ball...you are what's called 'origin position'. Golf is simply about moving your club back and forward and the goal is as you bring the club forward, it STILL needs to get back to the origin …

Your left foot is slipping a lot .. take a look at Rory Mcilory’s foot work .. he’s super stable thru impact and also great balanced finished. The left foot has to move out of the way but yours is coming off the deck and slipping ▶ this video

notice how your longer hit had the highest apex. keep your head behind the ball throughout the entirety of the swing: ▶ this video that's how you guarantee upward launch. also keep in mind that sim stats are inherently inaccurate (especially spin)—don't rely too heavily on them
