You don't have any shoulder turn relative to your hips so you have to compensate by compromising your arm structure. "Armsy swing" Here is a great perspective on how the body should "separate" and sequence ▶ this video And how the arms should work: ▶ this video

It's the sequence that is the issue. The hips go first but is a result of your pressure shifting to your lead foot in the downswing. Then your chest follows. This video is a good example of the sequence: ▶ this video And this video explains it and gives you drills to practice: ▶ this video

I think you’re just getting a little stuck with the club behind you/hips are firing too fast. If you slow down the clip, it looks like your hips are already completely open by the time you make contact with the ball. Looks pretty good though! Ill leave this link, I think these guys explain it well: ▶ this video

White shirt is old swing, dark outfit is now? Either way, it looks like your main issue is sequencing, as you're thinking in 2 distinct phases: All backswing, then all downswing. I'd suggest you need to drill on the transition, as your lower body and weight shift should be starting before you get to the top of your backswing. ▶ this video Aside from ideas of tempo/sequencing, your setup and mechanics look really …

Athletic motion golf has a concept they call “the lazy Susan” where you start opening your hips and they pull the upper body along which prevents that spin out you talk about. This is the “back to the target” feel ▶ this video

So if the Justin Rose feel isn’t the one for you, you could try the concept outlined in this AMG video. They call it the “lazy Susan”, it might help you keep the shoulders closed longer without awkwardly restricting your swing like the Justin Rose drill potentially could (it also could be that it’s just an unfamiliar move you have to practice more). ▶ this video
