Don't listen to me, I'm just a duffer, but I struggled with the same and this video from Paddy helped me. The key is not turning away from the ball, but driving your front shoulder down, then stretching up with your rear shoulder. Should feel a stretch in that area like an exaggerated lawn mower pull. ▶ this video

Coming across the line at the top is not hugely concerning, but its more than you lift your body and let your trail elbow fly out to do so. You have minimal hip turn and torque built up. Its a very armsy float load. Couples had that flying elbow, but it was to allow a drop back inside, and your is just to get steep and tall. I'd watch this brilliance from Padraig and rehearse the movements over and over and again to …

You have a bit of false rotation going on- in part due to the sway to start your swing. A good and proper turn will have your trail shoulder behind your head. I think you do a bit of the forearm roll in the takeaway in place of a good tilt (lead shoulder goes down) and turn. Once you correct that and get your lateral shift to start the downswing, your pressure shift will make more sense. Good stuff on rotation here: …

▶ this video Found the link. Would have been better off showing you this than my explanation. It's not entirely on weight shift, but think it's a good video for basics.

Sorry don’t take this advice directly. Watch Padraig’s videos on core rotation and hip rotation for better advice: ▶ this video ▶ this video

You have a very limited back turn. At the top of your swing, your back should be at the target. I have this video that shows this. ▶ this video
