Mike Malaska and Eric Cogorno did a great YT video on how the hips work. It helped me get a whole new perspective on how the hips work and got rid of my EE. Here’s the link. GL. ▶ this video

What he said. You got to sink into your downswing, and then get your hips the hell outta the way. This changed my world: ▶ this video Also check out Jason Zuback drills on smart2move channel

This looks like a video of me. You're not getting your right hip turned back so there's no room for your arms to drop down so the club can release from the inside. Your brain is basically making a last ditch attempt to release it down night line and not pull hook it to hell. These videos pretty will summarize it: ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ this video

Take a lesson but... something I see is that your hips are thrusting forward at the ball, likely caused by you not turning your hips enough in the backswing. So that makes you thrust forward for power. When you turn your hips back more, you learn to get that power from the unwind vs the forward and lateral thrust. That should help keep you more centered over the ball as well. Good video here: ▶ this video

1.Shift pressure to the inside of your trail foot and heel in the backswing 2. Bump your left hip laterally toward target (weight shift-sternum in front of ball) and shift the pressure back to the lead foot (big and second toe) 3. Push off the front foot back and away from the ball as your arms drop 4. Rotate through the ball This will take time and practice to get right- but proper pressure shift has big impact on …

You’re getting your lead hip back, but in the BS your lead hip goes forward. You need your trail hip to go back, then the lead meets it. ▶ this video

If you want to stop the side bend you need to re-learn what the hips do in the golf swing. In my opinion this sort of reverse pivot comes about because someone told you that you coil your upper body on your lower body and you load your back leg in the backswing. Seriously, forget all that. The hip action of the golf swing is so simple once you know what you want to do, which is move you right hip away from the ball …

I don't know your situation and I'm not a doctor but I don't think it's a question of hip mobility. Just push your right butt cheek back. If anything the way your trying to do it now requires more mobility and puts more load on your back and joints. ▶ this video
