Looks like you’re leading with your left (bent) elbow through impact when it should still be straight, shoulders somewhat level and your hands should be ‘releasing’ (turning over is something my instructor calls it). Carefully watch ▶ this video, pay attention to his wrist movement and hand positioning after impact and compare to how your follow through looks.
