I took screenshots to confirm, but really the disparity is nothing more than casting at it from the top on the first swing, whereas you stayed in your kinematic sequence better in the second swing. The basics are ok... like the plane, heas is stable and such. Tempo seems ok. Your biggest weak spot in my eyes is kinematic sequencing. From the top your first move is the hands, then the shoulders, then the hips then the legs. Look at the video with an unbiased eye, search your feelings luke, you know it to be true.
